1. Search and select

Search for your perfect property. The photos along with the detailed home and neighbourhood descriptions will help you make your decision. We show you real photos of each property. The properties on our platform are all verified in person by one of our local agents. This means that we guarantee the reality, the authenticity of the photos and the accuracy of the information in the listings so that you can book online in complete safety. We verify the property owners through a robust process including email verification, ID and selfie checks,

Step 2
Once your booking request is accepted, you must top-up your wallet.

Please remember that we guarantee you complete safety in each and every step. From finding the perfect home to making the payment, we’ll get you covered. Both the property owner and the guests are fully insured! The owner is insured in case there will be any damage done to the property and the guests are insured in case of any natural disasters or unforeseen issues with the property. At this moment, you must top-up your wallet on our platform with the equivalent of the rental amount. The rental amount will remain on HOLD in your wallet until you confirm that everything is OK with the property.

Step 3
Confirmation

As soon as your reservation is confirmed on our platform, your wallet will automatically be charged. We will put you in contact with the landlord, so you can arrange the check-in time, key collection, and discuss further details regarding your stay. We wait until 24 hours after your check-in before transferring the funds to the property owner. This allows you to confirm that everything is OK with the property. In the unlikely case that your property doesn’t match your expectations, report an issue within 24 hours of your check-in. We’ll freeze your payment, and immediately find a way to help you.

Step 4
Check-in

The property owner will now be your main point of contact, but our team will still be here in case you have any issues. All you have to do is collect your keys and complete the check-in process. The payment – which you made at the beginning of the booking process – will be transferred to the property owner 48 hours after you check-in (if you don't report any issues in the first 24 hours).
